• Liens – (mechanic’s, workers’ compensation, unemployment, federal tax)
• Partnerships
• Soldier’s Discharge
• Financing Statements (UCC)
• Plats

Duties of the recorders's office:

• Keep and maintain accurate records pertaining to land within the county
• Make sure that each document received is filed accurately
• Give the public ready access to the records
• Provide certified and uncertified copies of the records
• Comply with more than 1000 sections of the Ohio Revised Code pertaining to the office of the Recorder
• Serve on the County Records Commission
