Request for Variance
(To be considered at the August 11th, 2010 meeting of the Holmes County Planning Commission.)
 
Samuel P. Yoder of 5890 CR 68 is requesting a variance to the Holmes County Subdivision Regulations.  If granted, the variance will allow an easement to extend beyond the maximum 1000’ length limit.  The total length of the proposed easement is 1,768 feet.  Applicant intends to subdivide an existing 15.5 acre parcel into a 12.5 acre and 3 acre parcel.  Please submit all comments to the Holmes County Planning Commission at 2 Court Street; Suite 21; Millersburg, Ohio 44654 or email: aoliver@co.holmes.oh.us.  All comments must be submitted in writing and be returned to the planning commission no later than August 10th by 4:30PM.  Questions may be directed to the planning commission by email or by calling 330-674-8625.
