As of 12/4/09 H1N1 flu vaccine at these scheduled clinics will be available to anyone desiring the vaccine.
Anyone wishing to attend one of these clinics should pre-register on the Ohio Department of Health website. Pre-Registration Link for Flu Vaccine
The seasonal vaccine is available during regular working hours; we have injectable vaccine for children between the ages of 6 month – 18 years and flu mist is available for health adults with no chronic medical condition and who are not pregnant from age 2 to 49 years.
