Q:  What is the theme of the Holmes County website?

A:  Holmes County is a beautiful place and the website showcases the
beauty of our people and landscapes throughout the seasons.  At the
beginning of each season the theme of the website will change throughout
Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn.  These changes include the colors
and styling, as well as the image library shown on the home page.  The
photos are from various locations and highlight the beauty of Holmes
County during the present season.


Q:  Where did the photographs shown in the image library on the home
page come from?

A:  This is a very frequent question as many people find the images very
nice and wish to acquire them.  The photos come from a variety of
sources, but most of them are from Doyle Yoder Photography
(www.dypinc.com). Mr. Yoder has graciously allowed the county to use
many of his very best photographs for the website.  Thank you Mr. Yoder.
