Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP):

You may be eligible for a grant to become a home owner within the Village of Millersburg. Grants are based on household income and are targeted for the following areas: Mad Anthony Street, Grant Street, and Adams Street. Grants are also available throughout the Village of Millersburg to cover the costs of demolishing residential or commercial structures that have become dilapidated.  Applications to demolish structures can be considered regardless of the owner’s income. If you are interested in applying for a grant to become home owner in our Millersburg Target Area the following income guidelines apply. Please contact us with any questions regarding this exciting program.
